By using ETA One Click you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service — you're always free to apply directly through your destination's official portal instead.

What we do

We collect the information a destination's travel document requires, have a specialist review it against the current rules, and submit it on your behalf inside the window the destination allows. We are a paid assistance service, not a government body, and approval decisions are made solely by the destination's border authorities.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for giving us accurate, current information for every traveler on the application. We check what you submit for obvious errors, but we can't verify facts only you know, like a traveler's real passport number or travel plans.

Fees and payment

Every fee is itemized before you pay: the base service fee, any review-speed upgrade you choose, and any government fee a destination charges separately. Payment is due before we submit your application.

Limits on our liability

We aren't liable for a destination rejecting or delaying an application for reasons outside our control — an expired passport, a change in entry rules, or a closed border, for example. Our refund policy explains what happens in those cases.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
