This page explains what information we collect when you use ETA One Click, why we collect it, and how it's protected.

What we collect

To complete a travel document application we need traveler details such as name, date of birth, nationality and passport information, trip details like arrival and departure dates, and contact details so we can reach you and deliver the finished document.

How we use it

We use your information only to prepare, review and submit your application, to process payment, and to answer support requests. We don't sell passport or payment data, and we don't use it for advertising.

How it's protected

Traffic to and from our forms is encrypted, and card details are handled by our payment processor rather than stored on our own servers. Access to traveler records is limited to the specialists who review and submit applications.

Sharing

We share the information a destination requires with that destination's relevant authority as part of submitting your application, and with service providers who help us operate — payment processing and email delivery, for example. We don't share it for any other purpose.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it once your application is complete and any legal retention period has passed, by writing to support@etaoneclick.com.
